Description: Currently the "how-to-publish lands in a registration form which in our network is the first step for an organisation to start to host/publish data. As suggested by [~kbraak], there some issues emerged during the engagement in the recent period:
1. The visitor may arrive this page[1] with expectation about a faster timeline before he/she can start actual work;
2. It's not clear where one can upload example data and the purpose of it;
3. The notification message simply tells to wait, which kinda iced enthusiasm.
So practically, as the fix, I'd propose:
1. Slightly modify the existing text in the landing page and give a better idea of the timeframe and what will happen after submitting the form. Perhaps the tone can also be modified so it's easier to follow.
2. Highlight the data upload button so the visitor see the opportunity to provide an example.
3. In the message of the system notification, to suggest some online resource about practical procedure / introductory material for reading while they are waiting for the official response from the endorsing body.
Please provide your opinion in this issue. If no objections [~kbraak] and I will propose new drafts for review.
