Description: The location filter is quite frustrating to use. The 'Draw a rectangle' tool works fine, but one can't get the 'Bounding box' tool (i.e. when you type in precise coordinates) to work. Switching lat and long, switching between minus for south and S for south did not help. The lack of guidance is a bit frustrating too (i.e. a message like 'Type the latitude and longitude of diagonally opposite points of a rectangle in the following format'). The Apply button doesn't always appear and one risks losing coordinates already typed if one clicks somewhere you shouldn't.
