Description: Now that the backbone has many more homonyms we encounter situations when there are several synonyms with the same canonical name, but sharing the same accepted name.

Instead of matching to the higher rank genus we should match to either a) any of the synonyms randomly or b) match to the accepted species name

Example Elytrigia repens (L.) Nevski
