Description: When downloading occurrence data in the simple CSV format, the field {{rights}} is empty, even when the publisher has populated {{license}} in the occurrence records. One would expect that this field is populated: ideally from the occurrence, and when no info is available there, from the metadata. The field should also be called {{license}}.
