Description: Improve gender neutral epithet stemming and authorship comparison.
Authors with different initials are not recognized yet to avoid false positives (which is most important).

E.g. we still create a redundant basionym for violaceum Kirchn.:
  Negundo aceroides var. violaceum G.Kirchn. [variety]
  ? violaceum Booth ex Kirchn. [unranked]
