Description: We have a need—and perhaps an interest—in being able to link datasets to funded projects, particularly with the BID programme in place.

A current capacity enhancement programme project has just modelled the use case, which I've created manually here, under the 'related datasets' section:
http://www.gbif.org/project/2015-gbif-france-madbif-mentoring

We need to explore the most efficient method for establishing these links (simply a field for the dataset key? tags and taxonomies?), and may wish to consider whether they should be reciprocal—that is, connecting a given dataset back to its 'source' project.

Not a super-high priority, but an example that calls for consideration given the data mobilization focus of BID. ]]>
