Description: Some occurrences result in a NO_NAME taxonomic interpretation erroneously.

occurrence-interp logs filling with: “Fail to parse backbone name null for occurrence 686204251: NO_NAME”

For exmple http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/686204251/verbatim has some classification info given as identificaiton records, but lacks core taxon information.
