Description: The [Darwin Core Measurement or Facts Extension|http://rs.gbif.org/extension/dwc/measurements_or_facts.xml] is valuable for describing measurements related to sample events and occurrences, and is an integral part of properly indexing representing sample event records - see POR-3095

In accordance with the DwC-A star schema, the MoF must relate to the core record.

OBIS and other communities are investigating how to work around this limitation of the star schema by including occurrenceID, eventID, or simply a generic resourceID to relate the MoF record to either the core record or an extension record.
