Description: We currently transform images to png in the image cache. Since it is mostly photos of animals, plants etc, jpeg would be a better choice i should think. Based on a couple of informal tests jpg would be less than 1/3 of the size.

Since images consumes most bandwidth, we should probably change that.

Comment: JPG did reduce bandwidth use significantly, so I changed everything to that (back at the start of May).
