Allow searching and filtering sampling events by:

* sample size (e.g. plot size, dimension)
* quantity type (e.g. cover-abundance per sample, number of individuals per sample, relative species abundance, etc)
* location (country, polygon, etc)
* date and time (year, month, day of year, time of day, etc)
* elevation / depth

Unfortunately it is difficult to standardise all sampling protocols, however, it should be possible to find events using similar/comparable sampling protocols by looking at the quantity type and taxa of their derived occurrence records. For example, you could identify butterfly monitoring events by looking for derived occurrence records where:
1. the order is "Lepidoptera"
2. the quantity is measured in "number of individuals"
