Description: While reading a GBIF download with Python Pandas, we encountered an error caused by the values in {{individualCount}}. The original value is {{2}} (in the source DwC-A), which is also shown on the GBIF record page: http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/1065566655, but in the download, we get {{x00\x00\x00\x02}}, which translates as the non-printable characters {{NUL NUL NUL STX}}. I assume this is a bug?
