Description: The current "nub lookup match service works against the nub only. There are many use cases when external users want to use the catalogue of life, worms or other checklists as the authority to match against. Allow matching to work against all checklists or restricted to some or one.

This is primarily a memory restriction right now, but if we would keep the lucene index in memory only and have a fast KVStore to retrieve complete NameUsages from, then this should be doable with even less memory as we use now]]>
