Description: There are indeed higher rank homonyms existing at the same rank within the same kingdom that we need to deal with. The animal family Axiidae for example is a moth family and a crab. Even though the moth family is nowadays considered a synonym of Cimeliidae both should coexist in the backbone. See also http://dev.gbif.org/issues/browse/CLB-72

This requires a change of the IdLookup implementation to also consider the classification underneath kingdoms or we must use authors for higher taxa, at least families.

Some of these do not seem correct, others do.
E.g. family Strigulaceae is twice in Ascomycota and once in an unplaced order. Very likely this is the same

Comment: Authorship for families would be good to have. It helps to disambiguate homonyms which are not very frequent but do exist more than initially thought
