Description: I am not sure crawlID facet is working as expected.

e.g.:
http://api.gbif.org/v1/occurrence/search?datasetKey=10734a60-7ed1-11df-8c4a-0800200c9a66&facet=crawlId&limit=1

while this returns some:
  http://api.gbif.org/v1/occurrence/search?facet=crawlId&limit=1

Fixing the following issue will be easiest with a crawlID facet capability as you can compare the index counts by crawlID with the number of results of the last crawl performed.
