Description: The backbone now has duplicated families with the removal of double letter normalisation. Example Thalassiosiraceae and Thallassiosiraceae

Maybe we should keep the double letter normalisation and just turn it off when adding the GBIF & CoL data sources with the higher tree. Subsequent additions of new families should then use double letter normalisation again]]>
