Description: The dataset object currently has a countryCoverage field which should hold the set of countries the data of this dataset covers. For indexed occurrence datasets ideally we should derive this information from the occurrences themselves. Can we implement this in the occurrence cube?

Potential further issues that havent been created yet:
- Should the property be removed from dataset?
- How is the registry solr index updated when the coverage changes?]]>
