Description: some (nomenclatoral) checklists like IPNI do not assign a taxonomic status, but only some nomenclatoral one like nom inval. In particular when there are multiple identical names there is usually only one valid/accepted. When building the nub we should detect invalid names and ignore those in the build.

For example the genus Altingia appears in IPNI 3 times under Hamamelidaceae and invalidly under Araucariaceae:
