Summary: Evaluate to use Catalogue of life as homonym source
Description: Using CoL as a homonym source guarantees we don't lump inter rank homonyms in the catalog, but CoL used to be quite dirty and contain lots of erroneous duplicates that might lead to more problem down the road. Evaluate the impact on the nub, also considering ignoring taxa with "doubtful" status in CoL
