Description: Currently the search classes are in the checklistbank-index-builder project which is a dependency to the checklistbank-ws-client.  This is confusing.

If the index-builder is actually a shared resource it should be renamed, or alternatively the shared resources should be located in something more intuitive (checklistbank-search ?)
