Summary: Update synonyms dictionaries for new CoL taxonomy
Description: Catalogue of life has updated the higher taxonomy and the previously existing plant phylum Magnoliophyta is not existing anymore, but instead Tracheophyta is used. Update the lookup synonym dictionaries, at least for kingdoms and phyla, to match the CoL taxonomy which now follows APGIII for plants: http://rs.gbif.org/dictionaries/synonyms/
