Description: The user story POR-4 specifies that prefix searches should be supported for species searches:
http://dev.gbif.org/issues/browse/POR-4

For example:
http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal-web-dynamic/species/search?q=Oena*

should return the Oenanthe genera and their species and all other names with a name starting with Oena.
The prefix search is only needed for the scientific and vernacular name and no other fields.
