Description: Markus: I havent paid much attention to basionyms in the nub so far. But looking at the nub build log I realize we have some names in there that have a basionym (original name) with a rank which we dont cover in the nub. For example the genus Phaeomeria (Ridl.) K.Schum. has a basionym Hornstedtia sect. Phaeomeria Ridl. according to IPNI that is a section - a rank not covered by the nub.

Any immediate thoughts on how we should deal with this? Add those "irregular" rank basionyms to the nub, drop them or do some trick by keeping the verbatim name only instead of the usage (not so nice as we lose infos like the publishedIn and also treat some usages special).

Tim: First impressions would be the nub (for purposes of Portal as is) should store the accepted one only, and drop the basionym, but you would be able to go to the IPNI name_usage, and see they have the basionym
