Summary: Registry API should not expose comments
Description: According to the registry interface, Node "Comments allow administrators to leave context about communications with publishers etc.". This being the case, comments are intended for internal communications, and should not be exposed through web services, as currently the case (http://apidev.gbif.org/node/e760dc6f-dd68-474d-ab41-bd3588571793)
