Issue 11620

Create wiki page that explains how the different protocols map to our registry model classes

11620
Reporter: mdoering
Type: Task
Summary: Create wiki page that explains how the different protocols map to our registry model classes
Description: For anyone understanding our registry and thus the services it would be very helpful to understand how endpoints are used with the different protocols (BioCASe, DiGIR, TAPIR, DWC-A, RSS, EML) and what a dataset actually reflects in each of those case.
Priority: Minor
Resolution: WontFix

Comment: It would be nice to have a short page in the new portal that explains how datasets in our registry relate to endpoints and how these are identified. Nothing about the exact process we use internally, but explain how datasets are extracted from ABCD and what datasets constituents are (dwca)
