Description: Create a little main method to manually run the dwca metadata synchronizer code only for the Catalogue of Life. First try locally & with staging, but ultimately sync the live registry with the latest CoL dwca metadata

The GSD metadata files are full of errors and syncing cannot be done right now. But a manual update class has been written to do it quickly once the files are fixed by i4life. Errors include:
1) Description is wrong and uses the CoL URL like this:
http://www.catalogueoflife.org/info/ac
2) Taxonomic coverage missing
3) creator, metadata provider & contact is Reading. At least the creator, maybe also the contact should be the GSD authors & their organisation?
4) PubDate says 2012-12-21 which is the release date of the entire col archive, but the GSD page states 2012-01-11 and that should be used here

Comment: [~mdoering@gbif.org] you wrote a script, that added the constituents to the registry prior to the portal release (if I remember correctly). Are we still waiting on CoL to fix their GSD metadata? Should a separate data management issue be created to address this problem? Thanks
