Description: The most up to date EML classes are inside the registry model package of our API which gets replaced by the labs registry. Make sure the following changes are incorporated:

 - multiple personnel contacts for Project class
 - dataset description, title and keywords are multilingual now. Either index only a preferred language or all
 - add maintainanceUpdateFrequency as enumeration to a dataset class which should give us a hint to how frequently we should reindex datasets
 - remove title and instrumentation from MethodStep, see GBIFCOM-95

Comment: A description (abstract) has also been added to model Project. This would need to be added to https://code.google.com/p/gbif-common-resources/source/browse/gbif-api/trunk/src/main/java/org/gbif/api/model/registry/project/Project.java
