Summary: Populate dataset countryCoverage and continent for SOLR
Description: The dataset solr index has fields and facets in place to deal with a dataset spatial coverage expressed as continents and countries. The data is not populated so far, but the country facet is used in the portal to link from country pages. We need something like a listener to query the occurrence cube when a dataset has been indexed and update the datasets coverage in solr.
