Description: For every dataset, registered or external, the registry provides a standardized EML output via DatasetService.getEml(datasetKey).
This EML is currently based on the metarepo augmented dataset alone, but should incorporate also occurrence & checklist metrics like bounding boxes, temporal, spatial and taxonomic coverage similar to what the current portal does:

To do so we need to enrich the dataset instance in DatasetServiceImpl.getEml(datasetKey) before it is passed to the metadata service for serlialization.]]>
