Summary: Configure *-solr apps on boma to do proper logging
Description: Currently they all log to sys out which ends up in catalina.out, please configure to log to their own files with rolling etc.

All the Solr web applications were deployed using a skeleton web app that has all the required dependencies and log configuration.
