It's endpoints have base URL "http://data1.gbif.fi/tapirlink/tapir.php/", except the last one: "http://seitikka.fmnh.helsinki.fi:8080/ipt/tapir/14/"
The hosting organization's for the endpoints are all the same, but in theory this is a separate installation altogether and should be represented separately.

Since the UUIDs have changed, I attach a screenshot showing all services in the current staging DB for Finnish example I quoted above. The Technical Installation agent (2773) has 11 services:
10 of which have base URL "http://data1.gbif.fi/tapirlink/tapir.php"
1 of which has base URL "http://seitikka.fmnh.helsinki.fi:8080/ipt/tapir"
Each of these should become separate technical installations

Another example, this time with a BioCASE technical installation.
I attach another screenshot, showing all services for the technical installation agent (2721). In total it has 4 services:
3 of which have base URL "http://biocase.naturkundemuseum-berlin.de/current/pywrapper.cgi"
1 of which has base URL "http://141.20.245.232:55095/biocase/databases/MfNBiodat/dbwrapper.py"
Please note, that if you look at the GBRDS entry for the Organization (Museum für Naturkunde Berlin), you see there are actually 11 different BioCASE services: http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=10980920-6dad-11da-ad13-b8a03c50a862 but a lot of these were just registered in the last 48 hours! That's why they don't appear.

Reopening issue. After the last version of the dataset aware database on registry_uat:
All Herbarium Hamburgense's BioCASE technical installation endpoints were added to 1 technical installation, while the 2 others don't have any endpoint: http://kyle.gbif.org:8080/gbrds/browse/agent?uuid=f739aef0-8a5b-11d9-bc8d-b8a03c50a862
