Description: I wanted to confirm that metadata properties were being properly populated for a TAPIR resource called "Herbarium BSG Lichenes.

So, I marked the agent as deleted, and ran the update again.

Instead of recreating a new agent, nothing happened. This is the behavior I noticed when deleting a BioCASE agent. On running the next metadata update, it was recreated as a new agent.

Alternatively, if something is marked as deleted, it could mean this agent should never be recreated - what is our rule?]]>
