Going to reopen, since I have encountered another problem.

From mogo.registry_staging, please query:

select * from agent where id in (13845, 13869);

You will see the same resource expanded under two different technical installations.

The metadata registry synchronizer was modified for handling this situation, we still need to validate if those dataset were deleted in the source.
