Summary: registry-sync: BioCASE metadata update stops after encountering bad metadata response
Description: the metadata response responsible for contact info fails, and stops the synchroniser. Instead, the count could still be retrieved from another request. Essentially, if we are confident that we can get the correct dataset title from an inventory/scan or from an empty search request, the metadata sync should complete successfully and not terminate at the first empty metadata response.
