should return one dataset, namely http://staging.gbif.org:8080/registry-ws/dataset/642f5c46-f762-11e1-a439-00145eb45e9a

apparently both need to be specified: http://staging.gbif.org:8080/registry-ws/dataset?identifier=14014&identifierType=GBIF_PORTAL
