Description: Take for example, a dataset registered in GBIF that has 1 endpoint of type EML

The presence of an EML endpoint, and absence of any other endpoints, indicates this dataset is of type METADATA.

Currently when the registry-ws return this dataset, however, its type is set to null. The type must be properly set, for example so that these datasets can be synchronized to the Portal index as metadata-only resources.

I just manually updated http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=770fe37c-52e7-4efb-9686-0c082d0c6b23 in the registry to have category=18020 (METADATA). Previously it was type=null.]]>
