Description: Currently only registered datasets are assigned a hardcoded GBIF origin, but all external datasets must also have a network of origin assigned based on their source organization key.
Currently the origin is an enum and we need to map it to known organization keys (e.g. KNB). Consider using an organization UUID key instead of an enum]]>
