Summary: Move tmp and logging directories to dedicated disks on hadoop2 Cluster
Description: At the moment our Hadoop logs are all written to the small 20GB partition. We should move that as well as the hadoop tmp directory to one of the system disks (preferably the one that doesn't host the OS partition).
