Description: A fresh checkout, creating the DB and running the tests does not create the necessary tables.  Perhaps missing some liquibase?

This is a sample DB that one can use in the meantime taken from mogo:hit_dev which Jenkins is using.

It can be imported locally with something like:

mysql -u root registry-metadata-sync-it < hit_dev
