Description: This change could be applied to the GBRDS WS, as well as the new registry WS.

Essentially, services/endpoints not present in the update, should be automatically deleted. Otherwise, garbage services will get left behind.

I know this is happening at least in the GBRDS WS. I haven't tested yet for the new registry WS. ]]>
