Summary: Sonar's coverage calculation should include integration tests, not only unit tests
Description: Projects with IT include harvest-webapp and crawler for example, and it would be nice to take these tests into account when calculating coverage %

Comment: This seems to have improved in Sonar 2.12 so we need to upgrade to that version first. It also does not seem to be possible with Cobertura or Clover (yet?) but with JaCoCo which is also integrated (instead of a plugin) into Sonar 2.12.
