Description: A country Node needs to be populated with IMS data when the registry get by uuid key method returns it. Add code into labs registry services that query the IMS in those cases and add the following information:
 - description (also title?)
 - contacts
 - participant status
 - participant since
 - GBIF region
 - address
 - home url
