Description: The password field for an organization and installation are not returned in the ws response for security reasons.
The console user has to be able to conveniently retrieve the password for an organization, since it is commonly requested by IPT administrators. The installation password is set during IPT registration, and is never needed.
Therefore, we need to support a new request only for retrieving an organization's password. It must require authentication of course.
The console, upon receiving the password, could either update the password field in the organization detail page, or display it in a dialog. The important thing is that the password is easy to copy.

There is the outstanding problem, that if not logged in, the user should be transitioned directly to the login page, and then redirected to the organization page after login.
