Description: Implement the DatasetService.getEMl(datasetKey) method all the way through from metadata service to webservice & client. The method should return a standard eml using the original source augmented with the registry information. Getting the Dataset via the dataset service and serliazingit as EML via freemarker should be all that is needed.
