Description: Using the registry-api interfaces as a guide implement the Resources for the jersey implementation.  If they can be done using a full java implementation then do so, but CLB experience says they can't be for filters/interceptor reasons for (e.g.) paging.
To enable client use, mock the responses for the "page over all datasets" to enable index building to progress]]>
