we need to add a new TechnicalInstallationType.HTTP_SERVER, WEBSERVER or sth like that for simple hosted dwc archives.
What about ftp - should that be a different type? If not the above is wrongly named, but I can't think of a name for both http and ftp

Comment: I prefer 2 installation types: FTP and HTTP. I don't want to anticipate something but probably the implementation can take different aproaches depending on the protocol.

Comment: Bumped to 0.2 as discussed.  This is a blocker for the dataset aware registry DB to go live, not for the registry-ws
