When running the registry-ws in mvn jetty:run it all worked, but for some reason on OSX tomcat, and staging tomcat the issue appeared.

- Fede suspects a bad XML library
- This might be relevant: http://code.google.com/p/mybatis/issues/detail?id=250

We want to revert this commit basically, and reference the common SQL in the single file.
