Description: The following projects need to be created, with correct poms (using the checklistbank dependencies as a guide) in the registry svn

- registry-search
- registry-search-ws
- registry-index-builder
- registry-service
- registry-metadata-service

The following project needs to be renamed in svn and POM addressed with all links and artifact ID etc:

- registry-mybatis-service to registry-persistence-service
