Description: The IPT currently communicates with gbrds.org
When the registry-ws go live proper, gbrds becomes an unwanted legacy web service.  We want to put the registry-ws-client into IPT 2.0.x (anticipate 2.0.5 at this point) and then actively encourage all IPT users to upgrade when that is released.  When no more IPTs use the GBRDS service, we can switch it off and beers for everybody.
