Description: Using the RegistryAPI document, and the GBIF metadata profile, create the model objects to expose the extended metadata for the Dataset resource.

These will wrap the EML object from the dwc-reader project for the most part and in the Dataset it will delegate to the EML object.  Proper typing will be observed for (e.g.) URLs and enumerations will be used for type safety (which is not done in the EML objects)
