Description: The server has the following requirements:

 * Needs to be able to connect to PostgreSQL on builds.gbif.org for Sonar results
 * Needs to be able to publish via SCP to tools.gbif.org
 * Needs to be able to publish via HTTP to staging.gbif.org
 * Needs to be able to publish via HTTP to repository.gbif.org
 * Needs to be able to send mail via smtp.gbif.org]]>
